ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer $10.99 flat rate shipping, and free shipping on orders over $125 to Canada and the United States.  Our estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days after receiving confirmation of shipment (reference estimation on product page for most accuracy).  We will do everything in our power to meet these expectations, but please note that there is potential for delays in the case of unforeseen complications at the fault of the postal service, or high order volumes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

HOW TO CHECK ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

IMPORT TAX/DUTY FEES

It may be required by the shipping courier that you pay import tax/duty fees on orders being shipped from USA to Canada and vice versa. In this case, your courier will provide you with a secure way to pre-pay online. Be sure to monitor your delivery status through the tracking number provided to avoid any potential delays in this regard. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
